Here’s how to give this delightful cocktail created by Fergie’s Café a whirl:

 

‘Bear Paw’ 

 

- 1oz Makers Mark Bourbon

- 1oz Creme de Cacao liqueur

- 1oz 18% Heavy Cream

- Garnish: Cocoa Powder

 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well (aim for 1 minute!), fine strain into a cup, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
